Data Deletion Requests

1. Scope

This page explains how to request the deletion of the data we process about you, including data collected through our messaging bot on Meta platforms. It complements our Privacy Policy, which describes in full what we collect and why.

2. What we hold from the bot

• the identifier the platform provides to us — a page-scoped ID or a phone number, depending on the channel;
• the messages exchanged with the bot and any domain submitted through it;
• timestamps and delivery status.

3. How to request deletion

Send an email to privacy@mycelia-networks.com from the address associated with your account, or stating the identifier or phone number you used with the bot, with the subject “Data deletion request”.

4. What happens next

We acknowledge receipt of your request and complete the deletion within 30 days at the latest. Records we are required to retain under a legal obligation or for security-audit purposes are excluded; those are detailed in our Privacy Policy. We confirm through the same channel once the deletion is done.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Spanish supervisory authority (AEPD, aepd.es).
