Terms of Service
Last updated: June 2026 — provisional version pending legal review
1. The service
Sentra provides an external attack surface management platform (“Spectre”) and an AI-assisted remediation agent (“Sentra”). The service scans internet-facing assets of domains you register, reports security findings, maps them to compliance frameworks, and — where you connect supported providers and approve proposed changes — applies remediations to your infrastructure.
2. Eligibility and accounts
The service is offered to businesses and professionals. You are responsible for your account credentials and for all activity under your account.
3. Authorized use only — important
You may only submit for scanning domains and assets that you own or are explicitly authorized to assess. Domain ownership verification may be required before certain scan capabilities are enabled. Scanning third-party assets without authorization is a material breach of these terms and may be unlawful; we may suspend or terminate accounts involved in such use and cooperate with competent authorities.
4. Remediations
Remediation actions proposed by the Sentra agent are applied only after your explicit approval and are verified by our safety layer before execution. You remain responsible for reviewing proposed changes to your own infrastructure. We are not liable for the consequences of changes you approve, except where caused by our wilful misconduct or gross negligence.
5. Plans, billing and taxes
Paid plans are billed in advance through our payment provider. Prices exclude VAT where applicable.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to: misuse the service to attack, disrupt or gain unauthorized access to any system; resell or sublicense the service without written agreement; reverse engineer the platform; or use the output to harm third parties.
7. Intellectual property
The platform, software, reports format and documentation are and remain the property of Sentra. Your scan data and reports about your own domains are yours; you grant us the licence needed to process them to provide the service and to produce aggregated, anonymised statistics.
8. Availability and support
We aim for high availability but the service is provided “as is” without an availability guarantee on self-service plans.
9. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the fees paid by you in the twelve months preceding the claim. Nothing limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
10. Termination
You may cancel at any time from your account. We may suspend or terminate accounts for breach of these terms, with notice where reasonably possible.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by Spanish law. Disputes are subject to the courts of Barcelona, Spain, without prejudice to mandatory consumer rules where applicable.
12. Acceptance
Creating an account requires accepting these terms. We record the accepted version and timestamp. If we change the terms materially, you will be asked to accept the new version.
